Why most people write? Why students write? Why writers write? Why even kids write? There are a lot of answers from the previous questions of why people write. The following explanation, or can be said as reasons, may answer those questions above.
1. Necessary
People used to write because they just need it. They write letters, notes, recipe, ingredients, formula, etc. Here, the skill of writing is important, regardless people type it or just use their handwriting. People who are lack of writing skill will ruin their selves in doing those activities. That's why it is obliged for people to be able to write and read.
2. Working
Do you notice the writer of Harry Potter novel? Or famous writer of Twilight saga? Yes, they are writers. They earn money from their skill of writing. They compose marvelous novels to be sold, and yes they get a lot of money and popularity. Even if you not a writer, you must need a writing activity in your work. Teacher, secretary, businessman, they all need to write most of the time. See how important writing is?
3. Social Networking
Do you doubt this activity done without writing? I guess you don't. You must have experienced and possessed accounts for social networking like Friendster, Facebook, or even Twitter? Right? There, you must write to express your feelings, to chat with friends, or to post something important. You do write, don't you?
4. Diary
Do you write on your diary? Most people do write in their diary to 'save' their past experience, their happy or sad moments, or their weird activities. Some people don't write their diary, but still they have their electronic diary. The likes of them are Twitter and Facebook. It's just the same, but people prefer what media they like to write. Excellent!
5. Assignment
This should be the annoying reason why we have to write :). However, you must do it, right? Do not choose no to write and you get no mark! We should make it fun when we got to write the assignments. Many people may say, "WE CAN'T DO THAT AS EASY AS YOUR ASS SAID, DUDE!" And my answer will be simple..."Who said that it was easy. Even I hardly do that, Bro."
